Chocolate Berry Sourdough Crostini

  • 1 California Goldminer® Sourdough Flute bread , sliced
  • ½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup strawberries, quartered
  • ⅓ cup shaved almonds
  • ⅓ cup fresh mint, minced


  1. Heat broiler. Arrange flute slices on a baking sheet and toast under broiler until lightly golden (approximately 1-2 minutes).
  2. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread evenly on each toasted slice. Top with berries, shaved almonds and a pinch of mint.
