- 4 slices California Goldminer® Sourdough Non-GMO Square Bread, toasted
- 8 oz. Brie
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 dark chocolate bar
- Layer slices of Brie on each toast slice.
- In a medium bowl, lightly mash the raspberries with the back of a spoon. Top Brie with raspberries.
- Using a vegetable peeler, shave chocolate bar over raspberries.
