Lingonberry & Ham Sourdough Sammiecook time
- 4 slices California Goldminer® Sourdough Non-GMO Square Bread, lightly toasted
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 8-10 slices carved ham
- 4 slices White Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lingonberry jam
- 1 cup arugula
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Spread mustard on each toast slice. Top with ham and cheese. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle lingonberry jam over cheese. Top with arugula, and serve open-faced.
