Sourdough Breakfast Bruschettacook time
- 2 slices California Goldminer® Sourdough Non-GMO Cracked wheat square Bread, lightly toasted
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp. basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, basil, garlic, oil and vinegar. Mix well.
- Cut toasted bread into triangles. Layer each with two slices of hard boiled egg, tomato mixture, and chopped bacon.
